Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings will be secured only after proof of payment has been received by us. 2. No swift transactions allowed. 3. All correspondence will be done via e-mail only. (No telephone bookings) 4. Check-in time 14h00, check-out time 11h00.
Cancellation Terms
Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the pre-payment. Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater. Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, 12 Stars will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days.
Refunds
12 Stars levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R300 charge will be levied.

From the airport take R24 to Johannesburg, N3 South Johannesburg, M2 West Johannesburg City, M1 North Sandton / Pretoria. Then from the M1 North take Empire off-ramp (R55) and follow the signs to Auckland Park. Keep in middle lane of Empire Road. Cross Barry Hertzog Road (Millpark Holiday Inn will be on your left). Continue up Empire Road (becomes Stanley Road) to T-junction (SABC will be in front of you). At T-junction, turn right into Annet Road (becomes Kingsway). At the third set of traffic lights turn right into Lothbury (road on the left is called Cookham). Then Lothbury becomes Melville's 7th Street. Continue up Lothbury, pass circle with 1st Avenue (road will now be 7th Street). Continue past all the shops and the restaurants. At traffic lights cross 4th Avenue. The apartments are situated on the corner of 4th Avenue and 7th Street.
