Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

• 50% of total as deposit to confirm booking
• If booking is cancelled or guest does not arrive following terms apply:
- 00 - 07 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit and balance of invoice.
- 07 - 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.
- 14 - 30 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.

Confirmed bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival subject to R500 service fee charge.
Late arrival fees: Mon - Fri : R150 after 9pm or R250 after midnight. / Weekends : R150 after 6pm. R250 after midnight
Rooms guaranteed until 6pm, after which the room may be resold.
On-site secure parking available on strict first come first serve basis at R50 per night.

From the N2 / Cape Town International Airport

From Cape Town International Airport, take N2 highway towards Cape Town. Keep driving on the N2. Once you enter Cape Town take Strand Street turn-off. Follow the road, until it becomes High Level Road, and once you reach Green Point, turn right into St. Georges Road. At the bottom of St. Georges Road turn left into Ravenscraig. 40 Winks Guest House is situated on your right hand side at No. 2.

From the N1

Keep driving on the N1 until you reach Cape Town. Turn right at third set of traffic lights (Somerset Road). Follow road, until you reach St. Georges Road. Turn left into St. Georges Road and then take your first right into Ravenscraig Road. 40 Winks Guest House is situated at No. 2.
