Cancellation Policy
- In the event of premature departure we will charge for the full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed for. - Cancel 0 - 14 days before date of arrival or a no show - full deposit payable. - Cancel 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited. - Cancel 28+ days before date of arrival - 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, 45 Broadway Lodge will refund the applicable amount, within 14 working days. 45 Broadway Lodge levies a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185.00 will be charged.
House Rules
- Check in time is from 14:00 pm - 18:00 pm. After 18:00 pm by prior arrangement. - Check out time is at 11:00 am or if other arranged. - Rooms are serviced daily between 10:00 am and 12:00 am. - All rooms are non smoking. - Breakfast will be served from 6:30 - 8:30 weekly and from 7:00 - 9:00 on weekends.
After passing the Pavilion Shopping Centre in Westville, stay left and take the N2 north at the 4 level interchange. Continue along the N2 and take the Umgeni Road turnoff. Turn right under the highway and continue along Umgeni Road and turn left into Goble Road. Turn Left into NMR (Mshabala Yengwa Avenue) and continue straight, over the Umgeni River, through a number of sets of Robots. Turn right into Broadway (SWAPO) Road, continue down past shops, restaurants, banks and offices and follow the road to number 45 on the left
N2 from the North
Travel south, just past the Briadene industrial area (just south of Umhlanga Rocks), take the Inanada Road turnoff, continue straight through the robots, traveling adjacent to the N2, and at Umgeni Road, turn left and follow the above directions.
N2 from the South
Take the N2 to Durban, continue North through the four level interchange and take the Umgeni Road turnoff. Follow the above directions to the Stadium.
M4 North bound
Take the Broadway (SWAPO) Road off ramp (next turn-off after the Pick 'n Pay Hyper on your right). Continue up the road to number 45 on the right.
M4 South bound
Take the Broadway (SWAPO) Road off ramp (next turn-off after Virginia Airport). Continue up the road to number 45 on the right.
Driving from Durban city centre, take the M4 North Coast highway and then Exit 4 Broadway / Durban North off-ramp. Keep left into Broadway Street and the lodge is situated about 500m on your right hand side at No. 45.
