50% non-refundable deposit by electronic transfer or credit card is required to secure your reservation.
The balance is payable within 72 hours before arrival.

If a booking is made under 72 hours before check-in a 100% non-refundable deposit is required.
Once we have received the payment, your booking is confirmed. In most occasions we will confirm verbally
or by mail as well.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation one week or more prior to check in date: 50% of full accommodation rate is charged.
Cancellation within one week of booking date: Full accommodation rate is charged.
Cancellation of peak season bookings at any time: Full accommodation rate is charged.
Should you wish to cancel days, shorten your booking or take days in between and out of booked schedules,
the full accommodation rate will still be charged.

From the N2 take the Gateway / Phoenix / Umhlanga off-ramp. Then turn onto the M41 and travel towards Gateway. Travel under the Millenium Bridge and take the next left off-ramp to the M12. Turn left and follow the M12 until it becomes Herrwood Drive. Pass the Natal Shark Board. The first right turn is Royal Palm Avenue and we are situated at No. 8 on the right hand side.
