Terms and Conditions

Ann's House is an environment friendly establishment and so asks that the use of water and electricity be restricted.

Each apartment is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, bed linen & bath towels (bring own beach towels), soap and cleaning materials. They are serviced once a week. However if servicing is required more frequently there is an additional cost of R100 per day depending. There is a washing machine available for the use of guests at a cost of R50.00 per load of washing (soap powder is supplied). There is also an outside wash trough for hand washing.

A refundable breakages deposit of R500 is required on arrival. The deposit will be refunded, if no damages have occurred. This is particularly necessary when families come for longer periods.

Location   35 Robberg Road, Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape

Turn into Plettenberg Bay off the N2 at the Piesang Valley Road. (Knysna side of the bridge across the N2). Travel all the way down until you come to a boat shop on your right (On your left is the entrance to the River Club Town House development). Turn right here, this is Robberg Road.

There is a green sign pointing to Kranshoek. The sign "Robberg Road" is among all the blue signs to various places. Travel a short way up Robberg Road. Ann's House, is situated at No. 35 Robberg Road on the right side of the road. It is a white house with a grey roof and grey paving on the street. It is clearly marked No. 35.
