Prepayments and Deposits
Full prepayment is required 21 days prior to arrival by bank deposit. Authorisation may be given for the hotel to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards. Deposits / prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 7 days of arrival. Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departure are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room.
All refunds are subject to R200 administration fee. The hotel issues confirmation of reservations on receipt of a deposit.
