Terms and Conditions

A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking rate is payable should a confirmed booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the arrival date. In the event of premature departure or a "no show" the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be payable. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let rooms.

Third party credit card payments without cardholder's signature not accepted.

From the Oliver Tambo International Airport

Take the R24 towards Johannesburg, then the N12, the M2 West and the M1 North.
On the M1 North take the Empire Road turnoff.
Turn left into Empire road.
You will pass the SABC's offices on the left hand side of the road, here the road becomes Kingsway.
Continue with Kingsway until you get to Campus Square shopping centre on your right.
Turn right into University Road, this becomes Main Street.
Travel down Main Street until you reach the third traffic light. (Mays' Chemist will be on your left)
Turn left (this is 4th Avenue). Keep left at the circle and drive up the hill.
On top of the hill 4th Avenue becomes 1st Street. Arum Place Guest House is the third property on your right hand side.
