A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings.

Children of 12 years and older are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations - 3 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
Cancellations - 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
Cancellations - 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
Cancellations - 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit

Non arrivals or a cancellation 2 days prior to arrival the full amount will be due,
unless we are able to let out the accommodation. Check out is strictly before 9.45am.
