Bookings cancelled 8 - 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are charged on the VALUE of the booking.

All payments must be made in SOUTH AFRICAN RANDS (ZAR)

Should payment not be timeously received, Banksia Boutique reserves the right to automatically cancel the reserved accommodation and at the same time reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept further bookings.

From Cape Town International Airport and Somerset West

Take the N2, city bound. Then take the Liesbeek Parkway off-ramp on your left. Turn left into LIESBEEK PARKWAY ROAD, heading towards Rondebosch. At the second set of robots, turn left into ALMA ROAD. Then take your first left into CROSS ROAD. At T-junction, turn left into PILLANS ROAD and follow the bend to the right into Smith Road. Take the first right into BANKSIA ROAD. Travel down Banksia Road and the boutique hotel is situated at No. 14 on the right hand side.

From Cape Town

On leaving the V&A Waterfront, take the M3 heading towards Southern Suburbs. Take the SOMERSET WEST N1 off ramp to the left. Keep to your left, taking the LIESBEEK PARKWAY off ramp. Turn right into LIESBEEK PARKWAY ROAD, heading towards Rondebosch. At the second robots, turn left into ALMA ROAD. First left into CROSS ROAD. At T-junction, turn left into PILLANS ROAD. Follow bend to the right. First right into BANKSIA ROAD. Travel down Banksia Road. No. 14 is on the right hand side.
