Please Note
• Check in is after 14:00 hours on the day of arrival. Check out is before 10:00 hours on the day of departure. • Quality linen and bath towels and swimming towels are provided. • The maximum occupancy of six persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given. • Under no circumstance do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25. • The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
General Conditions
• To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment. • Check in time is from 2pm until 7pm. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival. Check-ins after 9pm will incur a surcharge of R200,00. • Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. • Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or “non arrival”.

Heading North on the N2
Take the M41 off-ramp (Exit 181)(Umhlanga / Mount Edgecombe / Phoenix North). Turn right (over the freeway) and continue for approximately 1 km, passing Gateway Shopping Centre on your left. Take the M12 (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) off-ramp and continue north passing McDonalds and Umhlanga Hospital on your left. After passing under the Millenium Bridge take the M12 (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) off ramp and continue north passing McDonalds & Umhlanga Hospital on your left. At the next traffic circle continue down Umhlanga Rocks Drive heading towards the sea. At the forth set of traffic lights, turn left into Chartwell Drive / Lagoon Drive. Approximately 1 km along this road you will see Ben Siesta on your left (opposite 60 Lagoon Drive).
Heading South on the N2 from King Shaka International Airport
Take the M41 off ramp (Exit 181) (Umhlanga / Mount Edgecombe / Phoenix North). At the traffic lights turn left onto the M41 and continue for about 1 km, passing Gateway Shopping Centre on your left. After passing under the Millenium Bridge take the M12 (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) off ramp and continue north passing McDonalds & Umhlanga Hospital on your left. My family and I were so impressed with the apartment everything is spotless clean, beautifully decorated and in a secured complex. We loved the see view and the beach is just a few steps away. Mark was so nice and thanks for the beach towels because we did not expect that.
