Terms and Conditions

Deposit of 50% must be paid as confirmation of stay. Deposit must be paid at least a week before guests' arrival time. Proof of payment must be sent via email. If no proof of payment is received, the assumption is made that the guest(s) will not be staying at Berghaven Getaway anymore. This deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

The remaining amount must be paid once guests arrive at Berghaven Getaway, in cash.

Guest(s) can decide if they want breakfast or not. If they would like breakfast to be served, the R55 per person extra for the breakfast must be included when paying the remaining amount of their stay.

Berghaven Getaway is situated on the R354 Middelpos / Sutherland Road.

Drive through the town, Calvinia (East), on the R27 road for approximately 14km. Turn right onto the R354 (South) gravel road, and keep driving on this main gravel road for another 29km. You will find Berghaven Getaway on your right hand side of the road.
