The rates quoted above are inclusive VAT and exclusive of 1% Tourism levy.

Cancellation policy

All reservations should be guaranteed with a credit card. One nights accommodation will be deducted from the card on confirmation of reservation, with the balance payable on check out at the hotel.

All payments must be made in ZAR. All bookings are considered provisional until one nights deposit has been received. Amendments, cancellations, postponements to the booking must be made in writing.

If a reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, the credit card will automatically be refunded.
Incase of a no-show, the hotel will keep the one night charge as a no-show fee.

Methods of payment accepted: Payment can be made by cash or credit card. All credit cards are accepted.
