Terms and Conditions

Standard Reservation Conditions

1. There is a Minimum Total Reservation Value of 1 nights stay, Excl VAT.

2. A deposit of 50% (fifty per cent) of the Total Reservation Value, or one nights stay, whichever is the greater, is required to secure the booking.

3. A booking is only confirmed once we have received the signed reservation conditions together with an order number, voucher, credit card authorisation or full payment.

4. Payment can be made either by credit card or by a direct bank deposit or cash.

5. Outstanding balance is to be settled on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

2. Cancellation of a reservation at any time prior to the arrival date will incur an administration fee of 25% of the Total Reservation Value or one nights stay, whichever is the greater.

3. Cancellation prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge inclusive of the administration fee, of the Total Reservation Value.

Cancellation Charge is:

25% (twenty five per cent): Within a Period of 28 (twenty eight) calendar days
50% (fifty per cent): Within a Period of 21 (twenty one) calendar days
75% (seventy five per cent): Within a Period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days
100% (one hundred per cent): Within a Period of 7 (seven) calendar days

4. Cancellation charges will only be applied if we are unable to re-let the room(s).

5. Where a company/individual makes a reservation on behalf of someone else, the company/individual shall be liable for any cancellation fee.

6. In the event of a booking being cancelled or the period of stay reduced, any discount quoted will be subject to revision.

• Take the off-ramp on the M1 North at Empire Road / University of the Witwatersrand.
• Take the "R55 - Auckland Park", and turn left onto Empire Road travelling towards the Milpark Hospital.
• Bear left at the on-ramp marked "M71 - Emmarentia" onto the fly-over to Barry Hertzog Road.
• You will pass the Milpark Business School on the left.
• You will pass through the S-bends with Melville on your left and Parkview Golf Course on your right.
• Then on past Emmarentia shopping centre on your left and Greenside on the right.
• Continue till you see the Sunny Shell Garage and take the left hand fork into Linden Road.
• Continue down the hill, through the lights in the dip and up the steep hill - 3rd Avenue.
• Keep the town houses on your left and the St Charles Catholic Church on your right.
• Pass through two circular roundabouts in this road and then turn left into 9th Street.
• Look for Cherry Tree Cottage - 57 Ninth Street on the right.
