No. 1,4,5,6,10. Five exquisitely decorated, relaxing, superior en-suite rooms to choose from. R800.00 for two guests and R660.00 for single occupation per room per night, breakfast included. One Queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, bathrobe, non-smoking Room 6 is also suitable for wedding couples - enquire for availability.
Luxury Rooms
No. 2 (twin), 7, 8, 9, 14 (twin). Five stylishly decorated, and beautifully set-up en-suite rooms. R700.00 for two guests and R570.00 for single occupation per room per night, breakfast included. One Queen sized bed in double rooms and two ¾ beds in twin rooms, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, bathrobe, non-smoking.
Luxury Family Room
No. 11. One luxury en-suite room for a couple (2) and child, queen bed and ¾ bed in one room. R700.00 for two guests and R900.00 for three persons, including breakfast. One Queen sized bed and one ¾ bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, bathrobe, non-smoking.
Standard 4 Star Rooms
No. 3 and 15 (twin). Two individually decorated and high quality en-suite rooms. R700.00 for two guests and R520.00 for single occupation per room per night, breakfast included. One Queen sized bed in double room and two ¾ beds in twin room, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, bathrobe, non-smoking.

Terms and Conditions
Payment, Cancellations and Deposits• Full payment for accommodation is required on arrival. Please provide proof of EFT transactions if it was made prior to arrival.
• Meals, drinks and all extra services should be settled upon checking out.
• In the event or early departure or no-show the full account is to be charged and paid.
• Credit card details and imprint of valid credit card is required upon arrival and payment. All card transactions must be signed as required by the law on card transactions by the card holder/signee. Cards not signed by the card holder will not be accepted. Proof of identity is required.
• Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If not the guest will be liable to pay the full account.
• A deposit of 50% is required prior to arrival to ensure and secure the booking.
General• All guests must complete and sign a booking form that contains basic information upon arrival.
• Any personal detail and information will be for our own use only and will not without the consent of the signee make public to anybody outside the company. Personal/contact/business details of all guests are required for billing and invoicing purposes.
• All guests and guests of guests do enter the property at own risk.
• The right of admission is strictly reserved by the owners of CONSTANTIA MANOR GUESTHOUSE to the discretion and security of all our staff and personnel on duty.
• Beware and be careful of hard floor surfaces throughout the property (inside and out) and note that it can and may be slippery when wet.
• Note and take good care at steps and stairs on the property.
• Use handrail at stairs and prevent and restrict children from playing and climbing around, over and on handrails and stairs as it may pose a risk of injury.
• Pesticides are regularly used in the garden to keep it in good health, it could therefore be a risk to touch or eat plant products other than what is served in the dining room. Beware of insects such as bees in the gardens.
• The owner, managers, representatives and personnel of CONSTANTIA MANOR GUESTHOUSE or any person in service of the institute at any time will not be held liable or responsible for any injury, loss, death or damage that anyone on the premises may experience due to misconduct, miss behaviour or lack of adherence to any above warnings.
Child Policy• Children are allowed and welcome BUT only under the direct supervision of their parents.
• No children will be allowed to roam the premises without their parent's present as we have an open swimming pool and other dangerous areas on the premises.
• Children will not be allowed in the dining room without parent supervision.
• Other guests must be taken in consideration when using and being on the grounds, dining room and in the buildings.
• Please inform management about wet linen and beds, extra charges to clean and restore such damage will be charged to the final bill, as well as any other breakages and damage in and around the guest house.
