Payments
Please note that all prices quoted are subject to availability & can change without prior notice. All bookings will only be confirmed once proof of deposit has been received. A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is to be paid within 48 hours of booking. Accommodation bookings will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or "non-arrival" up to 4 weeks prior to your booking, Late cancellations (0-7 day's prior to accommodation booking), or no shows forfeit 100% of the cost of accommodation bookings. Any refunds will incur service charges. The balance of payment is to be made before or on arrival. Keys will not be handed over unless the balance is paid in full. Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be relet, including premature curtailment. The account remains the responsibility of the guest until full payment is received.
Check In/Out Times
Check in time is from 2pm onwards. Please note: There will be a R50 levy charged for every hour after 10pm for late arrivals. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Please note: There will be a R50 levy charged for every hour after 10am for late departures. A full day's rate will be charged for check outs after 12 noon.
Parking
Parking is at your own risk. Only one car per suite is allowed to park inside the premises. Although there is ample safe off street parking, guests are advised not to leave any belongings in their vehicles.
Linen
Bed linen is provided. Towels are provided for guests. Please provide your own beach towels. B&B towels are not for swimming or beach use.
Swimming Pool
The use of this facility is reserved for registered guests only. Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. Neither the owners nor the staff accepts responsibility for injury to any persons or any other loss or damage of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with the use of this facility. An adult must accompany children when using this facility at all times. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the suites or cottage.

Firearms are not permitted on the property.

Self Catering Guests are welcome to braai/barbecue at will. But please note that no loud parties will be tolerated on the property.

1) Take the N2 highway SOUTH to Durban and travel for approx 3-5 min 2) Take the Umdloti off ramp. 3) Turn left and continue 500m. 4) Take on-ramp to the right onto the M4 and head in the direction of Durban. 5) Go straight thru the Sibaya traffic circle and continue until the Umhlanga off-ramp. 6) At the stop sign turn right and proceed over the M4 bridge and continue for 300m. 7) At the first traffic light turn right. 8) Follow the road around to the right and go the end of the road. 9) At the T-junction stop street, turn left into Hilken Drive. 10) Follow the road around to the right to number 39 Hilken Drive, Crooked Tree Cottage on the right hand side of the road.

1) Travel to Durban on the N3 through the Marian hill Toll plaza travel until you pass the pavilion Shopping centre. 3) About 0.5 km past the shopping centre, take the N2 north to Stanger off ramp. 4) Travel for approx 10-15 min. 5) Take the Umhlanga off ramp. 6) Turn right onto the bridge over the N2 highway. 7) Take second off ramp-just past the arched white bridge-to Umhlanga Rocks Drive/ Umhlanga Hospital and turn left. 8) Go straight thru 2 traffic circles and follow the road to Royal Palm Avenue-approx 1 km past the second traffic circle-turn right. 9) At the water feature circle turn left, then first right into Pearl Drive. 10) At the bottom of Pearl Drive - the stop street - you are facing Crooked Tree Cottage, brown picket fence.
