Cancellation Policy
Cancel on arrival or during the stay - the full payment due may be levied. In the event of premature departure we may charge for full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed. Cancel 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, no show - full deposit paid is forfeited. Cancel 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited. Cancel 28 + days before date of arrival - 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.

Follow the N2 heading in an easterly direction, travel through Kaaiman's Pass, around Dolphin Point. Head down the hill towards the village, pass the village on your left hand side. Then cross the Touw river bridge and continue for approximately 2.5km. Turn right into Buxton Close and follow the road until you arrive at Dolphin Dunes.
From Knysna
Travel west out of Knysna on the N2, around the lagoon in the direction of Sedgefield, pass through Sedgefield. Keep travelling on the N2 towards Wilderness. Pass the Caltex garage on your left hand side and after approximately 1.5km look out for a turn-off into Buxton Close on your left hand side. Follow the road until you arrive at Dolphin Dunes.
