R100-00 per room is payable at all times.

25% of total cost if cancelled within 30 - 60 days
50% within 15 - 30 days
100% (- R100) within 15 days

Coming from Johannesberg, take the Bergville / Ladysmith off-ramp (9km after the Tugela Toll Plaza).
Travel for 17km from the off-ramp, towards Bergville and turn left at the Easby Guest House entrance.

Coming from Durban, take the Ladysmith/Bergville off-ramp (there is a minor Toll gate on the off-ramp).
Turn left after the toll gate. Travel 17km towards Bergville and turn left at the Easby House entrance.
