Terms and Conditions

1. An enquiry does not confirm a booking, therefore bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a Government Order, a Voucher from a recognised Travel Agent or proof of payment (full amount or 50% of the total amount of the booking).
2. All cancellations done in less than 48 hours before the check in date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount of the booking.
3. Only cancellations that are done in writing will be accepted.
4. In the case where the check in has already been made, the penalty will be 30% for each day that is cancelled.
5. Emerald Stone Guest Lodge can unfortunately not carry the losses incurred due to non cancellation of reservations or non-arrival of guests for reservations have been made. A full reservation charge excluding meals will be charged on any reservations whose guest did not arrive or on which cancellation or any written communication was not made.
6. Our check in time is between 14h30 and 21h00 and our check out time is any time not later than 10h30.
7. All extras other than stipulated on official confirmations will be charged accordingly.

Methods of Payment Accepted

When travelling from Johannesburg, it is easier to take the N14 highway which takes you via Rustenburg, through Zeerust to Mafikeng. The entry point on the N14 highway is called Shippard Street, and then at the Sasol Garage four-way stop, take a left turn into Jacaranda Street, then turn immediately left to Jupiter Lane which curves to the left. Continue along this road and look out for Emerald Street on the right after passing Rugby Street. Emerald Stone Guest Lodge is situated at No. 3.
