Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   Rietvlei Road, Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape

From Cape Town via George and Knysna (6 hours drive)

Follow the N2 highway East from Cape Town towards George and Port Elizabeth. Pass the town of George and continue on to Knysna. Drive through the town and leave Knysna on the N2 highway towards Plettenberg Bay. On reaching Plettenberg Bay you will stay on the N2 highway, passing the Shell Ultra & Engen Petrol stations. After passing the Goose Valley golf course on the right you will see a signboard for Mallard River Lodge / Emily Moon River Lodge. Turn left at the "Rietvlei" road sign (Penny Pinchers Corner). Follow this road to the end, approximately for 1.4km until you reach the lodge.

From Port Elizabeth Airport (230km - 2.5 hours drive)

At the airport turn left onto the Alister Miller Road, which turns into Third Avenue. You will come to a T-junction, where you will then turn left onto Heugh Road, which later becomes Buffelsfontein Road. Look out for signs to the N2 highway and turn right onto the William Moffett Expressway. This road leads you directly to the N2 highway and you will turn left onto the highway to drive towards George and Cape Town. Time permitting you may like to visit the Tsitsikamma region en route.

Continue along the N2 to Plettenberg Bay. About 5km from Plettenberg Bay you cross the Keurbooms River Bridge and after another 1km you cross the Bitou River Bridge. After another 1km you will see a signboard for Mallard River Lodge / Emily Moon River Lodge and Rietvlei. Turn right at the "Rietvlei" turn-off 200m further on. Follow this road to the end where you will find Mallard River Lodge / Emily Moon River Lodge.
