20% deposit for large group bookings is required 7 days prior to arrival, to secure the booking.

Office & Booking hours are beyween between 7:00 am - 7:00pm.
Arrival after 7:00 pm must be arranged.

Lunch & dinners must be pre arranged before arrival & before midday on the day of arrival

Cancelation Policy

4 weeks before the booking date - 100% deposit refunded, less bank charges
3 weeks before the booking date - 50% deposit refunded,
2 weeks before the booking date - 20% deposit refunded,
1 week or less before the booking - 0% deposit will not be refunded

National Directions

De Aar is off the N10 between Britstown (52km) & Hanover (58km).
Britstown is on the N12 & Hanover is on the N1.

From Cape Town

N1 to Three Sisters, then N12 to Britstown. At Britstown take the N10 to De Aar.

From Johannesburg

N1 to Bloemfontein; then N8 to Petrusburg, then R48 to Koffiefontein, Luckhoff, Petrusville, Phillipstown and De Aar.

Once in De Aar

Voortrekker Road is the Main road through De Aar & Hoop Street is off this road. If coming in on the R48 from Phillipstown - just stay on this road as it crosses over Voortrekker & becomes Hoop. Once in Hoop from Voortrekker, the guest house is 100m down the road on the right hand side.
