Cancellation Policy

Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit
7-14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
14-21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
21-28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit

These terms are negotiable in case of illness or crisis and may be adjusted if we are able to re-book the chalet.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Sedgefield can easily be accessed by road as it lies on the N2 between George and Knysna.

Turn north on the Karatara Ruigtevlei Road - opposite Groenvlei and just past the Lake Pleasant resort. This turning is 5km east of the centre of Sedgefield. Drive straight up the hills towards Barrington. Our signboard and farm gate are on the left immediately after the 15km distance marker from the N2. We are 1km from the farm gate and through a second gate. Our neighbours are Teniqua Treetops and they have brown tourist signs to help find the way.
