From Cape Town (Travelling East)
From the N2 turn left at the Engen garage. You will be traveling north on Eksteen Street. Turn right at the first stop sign onto Fourie Street. Continue over the railway line and turn right on Ford Street. Continue down the road and Frieden River Lodge will be on your left.
From Knysna (Travelling West)
From the N2 take the Barrydale (R322) exit. You will be traveling north on Van Riebeeck Street. Turn right at the first stop sign onto Fourie Street. Continue over the railway line and turn right on Ford Street. Continue down the road and Frieden River Lodge will be on your left.
With doors opening onto the front patio, this room has one queen size bed and one single bed. It has a beautiful view of the river and golf course. The bathroom has a bath and handshower.
Room 2
The honeymoon room is a spacious, open plan room with one queen size bed and a centre bath and seperate shower. It has its own private patio.
Room 3
Our standard room has one double bed and provides a tranquil, cooling atmosphere for the tired traveler. The bathroom has a shower only.
Room 4
A very popular choice for an overnight stay. The room has two single beds. Separate entrance from the garden, with a river view. The bathroom has a shower only.
Room 5
This large family room has two single beds and a three quarter bed with a separate entrance from the garden. It is a good choice for the family. The bathroom has a shower only.
Room 6
This private outside room has two single beds, it is separate from the house and has a private patio in the garden. The bathroom has a shower only.
Bed & Breakfast
Adults: From R300 - R400 per person per night Children between 3 and 12 years: R180 per child per night Children under the age of 3 stay for free.
Self Catering
Adults: From R250 - R350 per person per night Children between 3 and 12 years: R150 per child per night Children under the age of 3 stay for free.
