* 1 x bush walk guided by Kruger Professional guide (depending on the availability) or 4 hr game drive.
* Visit to the Matsamo Cultural Village

Terms and Conditions
A booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the full invoice.
If the deposit is not received as requested, the lodge reserves the right to release the booking, as it is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Weekend StayDuring peak periods and over long weekends, a minimum of a three night stay may be required.
BillingAny no show guests will be charged for the full booking, as will any early departures.
Full payment is required two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
Check-in TimeCheck-in time is from 14h00 until 22h00 (reception closes)
Please advise the lodge of any late arrival after 22h00
Departure TimeLodges / Suites to be vacated before 10h00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation 1 month or more prior to arrival date - 80% refund of full amount
Cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to arrival date - 50% refund of full amount
Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date – 20% refund of full amount
Public & Christmas Holiday CancellationNo refund will be given for cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be received in writing.
Weddings / Conferences / Group BookingsReservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% payment of the provisionally quoted price.
The balance is payable on or before a date no less than 90 days prior to the function.
Cancellation policy for Weddings / Conferences / Group BookingsCancellation 12 months or more prior to the function date - 75% refund of full invoice amount
9 months prior to the function date - 50% refund of full invoice amount
6 months prior to the function date - 25% refund of full invoice amount
3 months prior to the function date - 15% refund of full invoice amount
Less than 3 months prior to the function date - No refund
