Entering into Pietermaritzburg, via Victoria Road keep driving straight and you will pass Chapel and West Street on your left hand side. The road will then change its name to Winston Road. You will then approach a railway line, cross over the railway line, into Mayors Work Road. Keep driving straight ahead, until you see the Botanic Gardens on your right hand side.
