Cancellation & Breakages Policy

50% non refundable deposit up to 3 weeks prior to arrival.
75% of full rate non refundable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
100% of full rate non refundable if cancellation within 1 week of arrival.

Should you, due to special circumstances, have to change your booking to an alternative weekend; a 25% cancellation fee will be charged provided that you reschedule your visit within the same month. Should you request to reschedule your booking to a different month cancellation fee's are at the owners discretion.

All damages and breakages will be for the guests account, a secured booking is a binding agreement to this policy.
