Self-catering Cottages
6 sleeper two bdroomed cottages from R600 to R1100 per cottage depending on the number of guests (3 cottages). 4 sleeper family garden cottage (pet friendly) (2 adults + 2 children) from R520 to R750 per cottage depending on the number of guests (1 cottage). 2 sleeper one bedroomed cottage (shower only) from R370 to R500 (1 cottage).
Children under 4 are free. Children 4 -12 pay a flat R180 per day instead of the adult price.
* We have two rooms which are pet-friendly we charge an extra R50 per day for dogs to cover cleaning costs.
If you want breakfast then add an extra R50 per person per day onto the above prices.

Terms and Conditions
50% deposit to secure booking. 100% for single day bookings. Balance due on day of arrival.
We offer 5% discount for stays of between 5 and 13 days and 10% for 14 days or more.
Please note: The booking is only confirmed as soon as we receive the deposit. We reserve the right, if needed, to upgrade your booking to a bigger equivalent room / cottage at no extra charge to the guest.
Cancellations
0 to 14 days prior to arrival date - 50% of the total invoiced "Amount due" is payable. 14 to 28 days prior to arrival date - 25% of the total invoiced "Amount due" is payable. More than 28 days prior to arrival date - 12.5% of the total invoiced "Amount due" is payable. Early departure - No refund.

From the N3 highway towards Roodeport, take the William Nicole off-ramp. Turn right at the top of the off-ramp, travel over the highway, towards Fourways Mall. Take the slip road opposite MonteCasino, left into Witkoppen Road. Once in Witkoppen, turn right at the next traffic lights into Cedar Avenue (this is the road to Lanseria Airport).
After approximately 5km turn left at the traffic lights after Broadacres shopping centre into 3rd Avenue. At the four-way stop (mind drainage dips) turn left into Runnymead Road. Drive for 300m then turn right into 2nd Road. Travel for about 1km down the road which forks to the right, keep right. We are the first driveway on the left hand side, plot 206B. Press the intercom for reception on plot 206 and we will come down to see you.
