Please Note:

Minimum stay of two nights required or minimum payment for weekend rate.
Special conditions on long weekends apply.

Check in time is from 14:00am to 20:00pm unless otherwise arranged
Check-out time is 10:00am

Regrettably no pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the fact that we are a small establishment, the following cancellation charges apply:

If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival a 10% fee of total accommodation will apply.
If cancelled 14 to 29 days prior to arrival a 25% fee of total accommodation will apply.
If cancelled 7 to 13 days prior to arrival a 50% fee of total accommodation will apply.
If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival or in the event of an early departure, the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

From Johannesburg / Pretoria

Follow the N1 to the Hammanskraal/Boekenhoutskloof Offramp ( tollgate).
Follow the Boekenhoutskloof signs onto the Gravel Road.
After 150m you enter the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve at the boom gate. Follow that road until you cross a game-grid. After 4 more km, you find our entrance road to the left, just before the fence of the Boekenhoutskloof Mil;itary Base ( if you drive through another Game Reserve gate, you are 300m too far ).
Continue on that road up to the Lodge. You can reach the Lodge after about 6.5 km, just follow the road always straight on.

Alternative Road

200 m after the off-ramp you follow the tar-road left towards Rust de Winter. After about 11 km, you turn right into the de Wagendrift road (gravel). Follow this road for 8 km. Our gate is on the right. Please ask for the lock-code in advance. Follow our signs up to the lodge.

Attention: No Arrivals allowed after 20:00 at the Lodge. You will forfeit your booking for that night without refund. Please plan accordingly.
