General Notes

1. Check in time is 2.00 pm and check out time 11.00 am.
2. Transfer rates available on request at additional cost.
3. Baby cot is available on request.
4. All visitors on the property are automatically insured for medical assistance by Cape Medical Response.

Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

1. All reservations are made subject to terms and conditions of business.
2. Reservations are not secure until full deposit has been paid.
3. Full accommodation payment (deposit) must be made 45 days prior to arrival.
4. Bookings made at shorter notice must be confirmed by full payment within 48 hours.
5. Bookings cancelled 45 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
6. Bookings cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
7. Bookings cancelled 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
8. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
9. All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
10. Bookings will be released automatically and without notification if these conditions are not met.
