Terms and Conditions

General Notes

1. Check in time is 2.00 pm and check out time 11.00 am.
2. Transfer rates available on request at additional cost.
3. Baby cot is available on request.
4. All visitors on the property are automatically insured for medical assistance by Cape Medical Response.

Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

01. All reservations are made subject to terms and conditions of business.
02. Reservations are not secure until full deposit has been paid.
03. Full accommodation payment (deposit) must be made 45 days prior to arrival.
04. Bookings made at shorter notice must be confirmed by full payment within 48 hours.
05. Bookings cancelled 45 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
06. Bookings cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
07. Bookings cancelled 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
08. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
09. All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
10. All rates are exclusive of 14% vat.
11. Bookings will be released automatically and without notification if these conditions are not met.

From Cape Town International Airport

Turn onto the N2 highway in the direction of Cape Town. Follow N2 towards Cape Town City and then take the exit M3 Muizenberg / Rhodes Drive. Follow M3 to the end where you will find a T-junction, turn left at the T-junction in the direction of Muizenberg. At the end turn right at traffic lights and this road brings you through Muizenberg via St. James, then Kalkbay into Fish Hoek.

Keep travelling on main road until you reach the end where you find a traffic circle. At the traffic circle turn right into Kommetje Road. Follow this road until you reach the traffic lights and then turn left into Quarry Road. Take the second left into Herschel Road and drive up the hill and through the dip. Then you will see a chocolate brown house on your left hand side, No. 49.
