Cancellation Policy
15% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. 50% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival. 100% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
The above cancellation penalties will also apply should there be a reduction in chalets/rooms/delegates/guest numbers. R150.00 administration fee will be levied on all bookings cancelled.
In the event of the resort / Dream Breaks instructing attorneys to collect any amounts owing, all legal fees and collection charges between attorney and guest / client shall be borne by the guest / client.
A no-show is a non-arrival of a Guest without notification in writing (fax or e-mail) to the resort / Dream Breaks. In case of a no-show, payment will be forfeited, or alternatively you will be liable for 100% no-show fee if payment were not made prior to arrival.
The resort / Dream Breaks serves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of any damages or destruction of the allocated units by fire, floods or other causes.
In the event of the agreed full payment not received by the stipulated date on the confirmation letter, Dream Breaks shall be at liberty to release the reservation without notice to you.

From Johannesburg
Take the N4 highway and travel through Nelspruit, pass Malelane and Hectorspruit. Travel for approximately 10km and you will see the Marloth Park signboard - turn left. Travel along the dirt road for 6km. Sign in at the security gate. Travel a further 7.1km and Jackalberry Ridge is on the right hand side.
From Durban
Travel along the North Coast Road. Cross the border at Mananga Border Gate (NB: Closes at 18h00). Remember your passport. Proceed through Swaziland toward Komatipoort. Before entering Komatiepoort take the N4 towards Nelspruit. Travel 12km and turn right at the Tenbosch signboard. Travel for 8km along the dirt road. Sign in at the security gate. Travel a further 7.1km and Jackalberry Ridge is on the right hand side.
From Durban - without passport
Drive along the North Coast Road to Pongola, Piet Retief, Badplaas, Barberton, Kaapmuiden. Follow as above from Johannesburg.
Arrived at 17.10 on Monday 19.9.2011 only to be told that no booking was made by RCI!! Although fully booked and busy with upgrading accommodation, Jo made a plan and provided not only the requested accommodation, but an upgrade as well!!
