Our accommodation rates differ according to seasons. High Season stretches from 1 October to the end of April and Low Season from 1 May up to the end of September. Our rates and season are subject to change without prior notice.
Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge if they share bed with parent(s).
Children of all ages staying in their own bedroom, pay full adult accommodation rates. Where a child shares a room with parents, an extra bed can be added to some rooms at a rate of up to R200.
We offer discounted rates for longer stays (three or more nights) and/or a group of 4 or more people travelling together. Please contact us prior your arrival for a personalized quote to be valid.

Cancellation Policy
Our rule for cancellation prior to arrival is as follows:
Less than 7 days, forfeit 100% of deposit From 8 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of deposit From 15 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of deposit From 22 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of deposit
No show policy: Should you not arrive on the date of your booking, you will be liable for the full amount of accommodation.

From Cape Town (N2)
Take the second turn-off into Swellendam (Swellendam / Railton turn-off). Proceed with this road, which is Somerset Street. We are situated at No. 8 on your right hand side.
From Cape Town (N1) via Worcester
As you are entering into the town, at the four-way stop, turn left into Voortrek Street. Proceed to the big white church on your left hand side (4.5km). Turn right into Church Street (Kerkstraat) and take the second street to your right which is Somerset Street. We are situated at No. 8 on your left hand side.
From Mossel Bay (N2)
Take the turn-off to your right into Swellendam (Swellendam East) Proceed until you find the big white church on your right hand side. Turn left into Church Street (Kerkstraat) and take the second street to your right which is Somerset Street and we are situated at No. 8 on your left hand side.
