Children Policy
This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old
Persons from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own apartment at the applicable rates, if the maximum persons allowed per apartment has been reached
0 - 3 Year old (sharing apartment with adults)
are accommodated in a cot at no additional cost
depending on the availability of cots
Children occupying their own apartment will be charged at the applicable apartment rate
Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot
Child minding facilities can be requested at an additional cost by prior arrangement

Transfers
Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs
All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies

Provisional Reservations

Made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be held for a max of 72 hours
Made 60 - 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 7 working days

Should confirmation not be received by the given date; the booking will automatically release and can only be re-instated on the basis that the booking is confirmed/guaranteed
Full names of guests traveling will be required to convert the status from provisional to confirmed
Payment
25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of reservation being made
Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival
Full pre payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival

A 10% non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking in order to secure rooms, depending on the size of the group
A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival
A 100% non-refundable payment 60 days prior to arrival
One (1) complimentary One bedroom apartment will be reserved for a group greater than 10 apartment, subject to availability and inclusive of accommodation only

Location Marina Residential, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, Western Cape
Exit the Cape Town International Airport in the direction of the N2 Cape Town, and as you approach the city, follow the N2 City, Foreshore, Sea Point signage. Follow N2 Stad / City signs until you arrive at a large intersection with several sets of traffic lights (Coen Steytler Avenue). The CTICC is on left hand side and the V&A Waterfront on your right hand side. Turn right towards the Waterfront. At the traffic circle, take the first exit into Port Road, direction of the V&A Waterfront. The second traffic circle is 100m further up the road where you will take the second exit into the Bluff entrance of the V&A Marina Residential.
