Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancelled reservations will be made as follows:

Cancellation more than 14 days or more before arrival date: 100% of deposit refunded. Cancellation more than 7 days but less than 14 days before arrival date, except during school holidays and public holidays/long weekends): 50% of deposit refunded. Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival date, except during school holidays and public holidays/long weekends): - No refund of deposit. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival date during school holidays and public holidays/long weekends): - No refund of deposit.

Where possible we will try to accommodate changes to guests' travel arrangements.

Indemnity

No guest shall hold Impala Place (management or staff) responsible for any claims, loss, damage, cost or expense to persons or property, however caused, which may occur on or about the accommodation, or in connection with travel thereto or therefrom.

Follow the N4 eastwards past Nelspruit. 29km past Malelane you will find the well sign posted turn-off to Marloth Park. Turn left and follow the gravel road to the entrance of Marloth Park, 5km further. Follow Olifants Road for 6km, then turn left on Crocodile Road. Follow Crocodile Road for 1.1km before turning left on Volstruis Street. Turn left on Kameelperd Street and travel for 130m further and a further 100m on your right you will find the sign posted entrance to Lituba Place.
