• Low Season: From Sunday night until Friday morning - excluding High and Peak Season Periods. • High Season: Weekends include: Friday night until Sunday morning - excluding Peak Season (Between 01/12/2011 - 10/01/2012) June / July school holiday, as well as the December school holidays not part of Peak Season. • Peak Season: Long weekends, as well as the following school holidays: April; September and December from 16/12/2011 - 03/01/2012, as well as weekends with special events. • Senior Citizens: A maximum of 50% discount, during low season. Only guests from 55 years of age and older, will qualify for the special offer. • Caravan & Camping: Maximum of 8 people per site. - Children: 6 years and older pay the full rate. • All the rates quoted include a R5.00 per unit, per day Conservation Levy, as well as 1% Tourism Levy on the accommodation.

Terms and Conditions
General
• Full payment of the booking is payable within 72 hours from reservation, to guarantee your reservation. • No Quad-Bikes or Pets are allowed on the Resort Premises. • Check in time is from 15:00 • Check out time is before or at 11:00
Cancellations and Refunds
All applications for refunds to be address to the relevant Property (even if reservation was made through CRO). In cases of illness or from time to time the Property may request a medical certificate to consider a refund.
Conditions of Cancellations are:
All cancellations must be in writing.
Twenty one days (21) and less before check-in date, the full pre-payment amount will be forfeited (100%).
Twenty two days (22) to forty (40) days before check-in date 25% will be forfeited.
Forty-one (41) and more, 15% will be forfeited.
When full amount is repayable, a 10% administration fee will be charged with a minimum of R50.00.
In the event of the guest not checking in on the first night of the reservation, the accommodation will not be held for the number of days already paid for.
Where the pre-payment due-date has expired and no payment has been received, THE GUEST SHOULD FIRST BE CONTACTED BEFORE THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED!!

Take the R22 from Johannesburg or the N4 from Pretoria to Witbank. Drive past the Ultra City and take the Van Dijksdrif / Middelburg West off-ramp. Turn left towards Middelburg on the R575, at the T-junction turn right onto the R555, this becomes the N11 (just outside Middelburg). Follow the road for 48km to the resort.
