Terms and Conditions

* Booking will only be confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit

No refunds will be given to cancellations made less than one month prior to reservation date.
In case of failure to make use of the booked time client will be liable for the full amount.

* All breakages must be reported and a breakage fee of R200 will be payable on arrival.
* Cottages must be kept tidy during your stay and no dirty dishes on day of departure.
* Do not use flower beds as ashtray - ashtrays avaialble in lodge.
* Cottages get serviced once a day to clean - please note that our staff do not do dirty dishes.
* The Cottages make use of white linne only please treat our towels and linnen as if yours. Damage and badly soiled towels and linen will be yours to take with.
* The owners or management will not be held responsible for any damage or stolen items during your stay.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   Lupela Nature Reserve, Nearby Lady Grey, Eastern Cape

Take the N6 from Bloemfontein to Aliwal North. In Aliwal North at the Dutch reformed church turn left onto the R56. Keep driving on the R56 until you reach the Lady Grey turn-off. Do not turn off to Lady Grey but stay on the R58 going to Barkly East for 17.5km from the Lady Grey turn-off. At the big brown sign on your left saying "Lupela Lodge" turn left. This road ends at the Lodge and is 5.4km of dirt road suitable for all types of cars.
