Terms and Conditions
Terms & ConditionsAll rates are inclusive of a full breakfast.
Rooms are ready for occupancy by 14h00.
Departure time is 10h00.
Bookings are recommended for dinner in the Manor House.
Child Policy and Booking ConditionsAll reservations require a deposit of 50% of total stay.
Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of deposit. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Children 11 years & older: third person rate
Children between the age of 2 - 11 years: Pay 60% of full rate.
Children younger than 2 years: Stay free of charge.
Children and Third person sharing will only be accommodated in Family & Self-Catering Suites.
Cancellation PolicyNo verbal cancellations of reservations will be accepted.
All cancellations must reach us by fax or electronic mail prior to arrival.
6 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeit 100% of total stay.
7-14 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeit 50% of total stay.
More than 14 days, no extra costs.
Arts FestivalOnly Rack rates will be charged during the annual Arts Festival.
No single supplement will be charged, only double rates.
No dinner during Arts festival.
Cancellation Policy for KKNKDeposit to be paid in not later than 30 October. Any cancellation before 20 Jan, 50% deposit paid back, thereafter forfeit 100% of total stay. Balance must be paid on / before 20 Feb.
