Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival any deposit or prepayment is forfeited.
Between 7 - 14 days prior 75% is forfeited.
Between 14 - 21 days prior 50% is forfeited.
Between 21 - 28 days prior 25% is forfeited.

Please note that should the deposit not be received or alternative arrangements made that the booking will be considered to be cancelled. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or 'non arrival'. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
