Cancellation Policy

15% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.
50% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival.
100% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.

The above cancellation penalties will also apply should there be a reduction in chalets/rooms/delegates/guest numbers.
R150.00 administration fee will be levied on all bookings cancelled.

In the event of the resort / Dream Breaks instructing attorneys to collect any amounts owing, all legal fees and collection charges between attorney and guest / client shall be borne by the guest / client.

A no-show is a non-arrival of a guest without notification in writing (fax or e-mail) to the resort / Dream Breaks. In case of a no-show, payment will be forfeited, or alternatively you will be liable for 100% no-show fee if payment were not made prior to arrival.

The resort / Dream Breaks serves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of any damages or destruction of the allocated units by fire, floods or other causes.

In the event of the agreed full payment not received by the stipulated date on the confirmation letter, Dream Breaks shall be at liberty to release the reservation without notice to you.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   Nibela Peninsula, Nearby Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal

From Johannesburg

Follow the route through Bethal, Ermelo and Piet Retief then through Pongola taking the N2 South bound to Hluhluwe.

From Durban

Follow the N2 north bound to Hluhluwe. Travel through Hluhluwe town, at the fourth traffic circle turn left. Travel for 1km turn right crossing over railway tracks; you are now on the Sodwana road (R22). (Nibela Lake Lodge road sign).

On the Sodwana road, you will travel for 26km. Be on the look out for the Nibela Lake Lodge road sign 500 meters before the turn-off to your right. The road number is L554.

Please do not exceed the 60km speed limit.
Travel on the dirt road till it splits into three.
Turn on the most right road passing the Nibela Tuck Shop and Local Bottle Store (green sign indicating Nibela / Sobhengu).
Travel to a T- junction; turn right (green sign Nibela / Sobhengu).
Travel for 13 km. The road ends at the Nibela / Sobhengu gate.
Inside the property, please follow the Nibela Reception signs to the reception area.
