A deposit is not required, unless booking for longer than 3 days, then a 50% deposit would be required.

A cancellation fee of one nights fee is applicable, if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in time.
Right of admission is reserved.

Any loss or damage to propery or possessions caused by fire, theft or otherwise, will not be the owner's responsibility.
No pets are allowed on the premises, unless arranged with owner.
Parking is at own risk.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   15 Reitz Street, Sandringham, Queenstown, Eastern Cape

From East London Airport

Turn left and keep going straight - you will go over a bridge (River Port). Still going straight, you will go up a hill, and then you will get to a circle. Go around the circle to go straight again passing two sets of robots (Note: road does a dip).

After 2nd set of robots you will find notice boards with Queenstown name. Approximately 200m after the 2nd set of robots, turn left and follow road (it turns and makes a dip to the right). Keep going and pass 2 more sets of robots. Then travel up the hill, turn left at circle leading onto the N6 road going towards Queenstown.

Go through Stutterheim, Cathcart and then when you get into Queenstown (just over the bridge) you turn left into Sandringham. There will be another sharp left turn into Louis Botha Avenue and the 1st street right is Reitz Street. We are situated at No.15 (our board is in front of the gate).
