Terms and Conditions

1. Rates are quoted per room per night, in South Africa Rand, and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 14%.
2. Olifantsrus Guest House reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
3. For all reservations between the 15th December & 10th January, the deposit paid is NOT REFUNDABLE.
4. For other dates, credit card guarantee, 50% deposit or voucher (if agent is an account holder in South Africa ) is required prior to the confirmed arrival date.
5. Credit cards accepted are Visa & MasterCard.
6. Personal cheques are NOT accepted.
7. Olifantsrus Guest house reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings one month prior to the confirmed arrival date.
8. In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation within 10 days of the confirmed arrival date, the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100%.  Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
9. Please note that the check-in time is 14h00 the check out time is 11h00.
10. Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.

From Cape Town

Travel north towards Malmesbury for 180km on the N7. Stay on the N7 all the way until you reach the turn-off to Citrusdal. Then follow the road for 1km and turn right following the sign that reads "The Baths". Travel along the road for about 8km and then turn right when you see the "Olifantsrus Guest House" signboard. Continue along the orchards on the dirt road and follow the signs to the farm.
