Cancellation Policy

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

1 to 7 days - 100% forfeit of deposit
8 - 14 days - 75% forfeit of deposit
15 - 30 days - 50% forfeit of deposit
30 days or longer - 20% forfeit of deposit
Cancellations on day of arrival - 100% of total booking will become due / forfeited

From the North

Take exit No.8 off the N1. Turn left at the stop. Approximately 5km turn left into the Gariep Dam village. Travel past the Shell garage until you get the dam wall. Turn left onto the wall following the Port Elizabeth sign. After about 4km, turn right at the T-junction with the R58. 600m later we are on the right hand side.

From the South

Off N1 at Colesberg take exit R58 Burgersdorp, turn right at stop and go under N1 to stop. Turn left onto the R58 and then travel approximately 40km and turn left into Orange Valley Guest Farm.
