Deposit Policy

To secure reservations, 50% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking- balance upon arrival
On confirmation of booking full credit card details should be provided as security or a direct transfer can be made into our bank account
 
Cancellation Policy

- Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation occurs within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- We reserve the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-sell the room. In the event of a  no-show or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
- A 25% administration fee will be deducted under all circumstances after confirmation of booking.

Travelling on the N1 highway, from Cape Town or South from Paarl, take R302 turn-off onto Durban Road and drive towards Durbanville. Keep driving along Durban Road all the way to Durbanville central, go over the main road to the 1st traffic circle. Then turn right onto Koeberg Road, and 4th turning to your left will be Claassens Road (look out for the sign on the corner). Then take your first right into Pelican Way. The house is situated on the corner of Claassens and Pelican Way.
