Please note that guests paying by credit card are required to present a valid photo ID and the credit card upon check in. A valid drivers license, passport or ID are accepted forms of identification. Bookings where the guest is not the credit card holder will not be accepted unless the guest produces a copy of the credit card and a valid copy of the card holder's ID upon check in.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of deposit. Cancellations 8 - 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of deposit. Cancellations 21 and more days prior to arrival will be charged 10% of deposit. "Moved" or altered bookings will be treated as cancellations. No-shows / Non-arrival will be charged 100% of deposit.

From Cape Town International Airport / Garden Route
Exit the airport towards N2 freeway. Take the N2 (West) towards Cape Town. Proceed along the N2 towards Cape Town for approximately 2km, keeping to the left lane. Look for M7 (Vanguard) turn-off and follow it. Take the M7 freeway north (to the right after having exited off the N2), and proceed along the M7 north for approximately 12km and exit left onto the M14 (Plattekloof Road) turn-off. At the stop street turn left onto the M14. Proceed until you reach the T-junction (traffic lights) and turn right into Koeberg Road. Proceed along Koeberg road and at 2nd set of traffic lights turn left into Blaauwberg Road (M14). Pass 3 sets of traffic lights and turn left into Janssens Avenue at the 4th traffic lights (Battery Centre / Maniacs Motorcycles). Proceed along Janssens, passing school on right until the 4-way stop street. Pentzhaven is directly opposite the stop on the right (No. 76 Pentz Drive (Terracotta Roof).
From Cape Town CBD / V&A Waterfront
Take N1freeway from town and exit left onto R27 / Table View. Proceed for approximately 10km until M14 / Blaauwberg Road traffic lights. Turn right into M14 / Blaauwberg Road. At next traffic light turn right into Pentz Drive. Proceed to No. 76 (on right).
From Saldanha Bay / West Coast
Take the R27 West Coast Road (south towards Cape Town / City) until traffic lights at M14 / Blaauwberg Road. Turn left into Blaauwberg Road. At the next traffic lights turn right into Pentz Drive. Proceed to No. 76 (on right).
