Cancellation Policy

• 21 days and less days before arrival, the full pre-payment amount will be forfeited
• 22 - 40 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount will be forfeited.
• 41 days and more, 15% of the total amount will be forfeited.
• No credit amounts are transferable to the next financial year.
• When the full amount is refundable, there will be an administration fee of 10%, with a minimum fee of R100.00
• The Resort may request a certificate to consider a refund in the case of illness and/or death.

General Information

• Reservations made in advance and paid in full will not be affected by future annual rate increases.
• When extending a reservation, extra days will be charged the rate applicable on that specific day.
• In the event of the guest not checking in on the first night of the reservation, the accommodation will not be held for the number of days already paid for.
• Senior citizen rates: Sundays to Mondays only - Subjected to availability and season. 55 Years of age minimum qualifying age.
• Please note that time of arrival on arrival date is at 15h00 and check out time on date of departure is before or at 11h00.
• Tariffs subject to change without prior notification.
• NO pets - guide dogs only.
• Please note that no quad bikes are allowed on the Resort.
• Rates include ONE motor vehicle only, additional vehicles will be charged.
• Please observe DISCLAIMER NOTICE when entering the Resort. Forever Resorts Plettenberg will not be held responsible for the loss of any personal possessions, money or any other valuables at our Resorts.
• As the Resort is situated in the Keurbooms Nature Reserve, no loud music will be allowed. No music after 22h00.

Plettenberg is situated on the banks of the Keurbooms River, is on the N2 between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth 6 km east from Plettenberg Bay and is the ideal starting point for trips to Nature's Valley, the Tsitsikamma National Park and the Knysna Forest. From Johannesburg / Pretoria N1 south to Beaufort West R29 to Oudshoorn.

Alternatively from Colesburg to Middelburg, take N9 turnoff to Graaff-Reinet, Aberdeen, Willowmore, Uniondale, George, Wilderness, Sedgefield, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay.

Alternatively on the N10 from Colesburg to Middelburg, Cradock, Paterson, Port Elizabeth, Jeffery's Bay, Humansdorp , Plettenberg Bay.
