Directions

From M3 Highway

Travel south on the M3 highway in the direction of Muizenberg. At the end of the highways turn left at the T-junction onto Steenberg Road, keep following the Muizenburg signs. At the next T-junction with the Main Road (M4), turn right and after 4km you will approach a set of traffic lights, continue straight through passing Radio CCFM on your right hand side and the Muizenberg train station on your left. After approximately 1km you will see the acclaimed, brightly painted beach huts of St James ahead of you on the left hand side and a large cedar tree just before the beach huts. Turn right into Rodwell Road just before the beach huts (1.5km from the Muizenberg traffic lights) and at the T-junction turn left into Rodwell House.

From Cape Town International Airport

At first traffic light proceed straight ahead and follow the N2 (Cape Town / Somerset West) highway. You will then see factories on your left hand side, move into the right lane and follow signs saying "N2 Cape Town". Travel for 2.7 km and you will approach a gentle "S" bend over a bridge and then you join the N2 highway heading for Cape Town. Travel for 13.5km and take the off-ramp on your left hand side (Observatory / M3 Kirstenbosch / Muizenberg / Rhodes Ave). Follow the M3 passing UCT (University of Cape Town) and Table Mountain will always be on the right hand side. Pass through four sets of traffic lights and remain on the M3 at all times. The road will descend towards Constantia Valley on your right. Turn left at the T-junction onto Steenberg Road. At the next T-junction with the Main Road (M4), turn right and after 4km you will approach a set of traffic lights, continue straight through passing Radio CCFM on your right hand side and the Muizenberg train station on your left. 50% deposit payable at time of booking to secure reservation. Balance due 30 days from date of stay.
For stays longer than 7 days or reserving more than one suite, full balance due at time of booking.

Refund policy

Full refund if notified 30 days from start of stay.
Subject to written confirmation, 50% of full accommodation account will be repaid if cancelled within 21 days.
Subject to written confirmation, 25% of full accommodation account will repaid if cancelled within 14 days.
Additional refunds may be granted after the travel date but subject to the cancelled room being re-let for the full contracted value.
