Cancellation Policy

More than 2 months notice: Forfeit 10% of total deposit.
30 - 60 days notice: Forfeit 25% of total deposit.
15 - 29 days notice: Forfeit 50% of total deposit.
0 - 14 days notice: No deposit refund.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   R616, Bergville, KwaZulu-Natal

From Johannesburg

Follow the N3 until you reach Harrismith where you will turn right onto the Bethlehem road (N5) and travel for approximately 7km. Turn left onto the Bergville / Phuthaditjaba Road (R712). Continue on this road until you see the Bergville R74 turn-off to the left. Turn left here and drive until you reach the little town of Bergville. Just before you reach the town, turn left onto the R616 Ladysmith road, and continue for 2km and turn left again at the Sandford Park Country hotel turn-off. We are situated just 1.3km down this gravel road.

From Durban

Take the N3, Johannesburg bound from Durban. Then take the Winterton / Colenso (R74) off-ramp (just past the Shell Ultra City).Turn left at the intersection, towards Winterton (20km). Continue on this road straight through for another 21km to Bergville. Travel just past the Caltex garage (left hand side of the road), and turn right onto the R616 (Ladysmith Road). Drive for another 2km, and then turn left at the Sandford Country Hotel signboard. We are situated 1.3km down this gravel road.
