Terms and Conditions

The owners and its management cannot accept any responsibility for any death, injury or illness sustained by any person or for theft, loss or damage to any property occurring within or arising from visiting the resort, however caused and whether due to negligence of the owners or its employees or agents or arising from the use of any facility. Our refund and resort policies

* Two weeks prior to arrival date 25% of contract.
* One week prior to arrival date 50% of contract.
* 6 days or less prior to arrival date / no show 100% of contract.
* No refunds will be considered for late arrivals or early departures.

* We do not allow loud music, playing of car radios, parties or general disruptiveness of any kind.
* The maximum number of persons specified per chalet is strictly enforced.
* Chalet rates are according to people specified.
* Rental period begins at 1.00pm on day of arrival and ends 9.00am on day of departure.
* No food, glass, alcohol or beverages in swimming pool. No driving on lawns.
* No moving of beds and furniture from one room to another.
* Children when using the swimming pool must accompany by a adult, bath towels are not to be used at the swimming pool.
* Please refrain from using skottle or portable braais on the patios or near to the cabins.

Management may at its discretion cancel any booking or terminate any stay or relocate any selected cabin.
Cabins will be checked before departure and any items missing or broken will be for the account of the hirer.
Badly burnt pots are considered as damaged and a charge will be levied for cleaning or replacing them.

Special request: As we are burdened with electrical storms please ensure that you unplug the TV in the event of a storm, when retiring to bed or when not in use.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   Corner of Louis Trichardt & Kerk Street, Graskop, Mpumalanga

Take the N4 from Johannesburg and pass Witbank and the Shell Ultra City outside the town of Middelburg. Turn off the N4 at Belfast. Then take the R540 from Belfast to Dullstroom (33km). Continue on the R540 from Dullstroom to Lydenburg (55km).

From Lydenburg, take the R36 towards Ohrigstad / Pilgrim's Rest and drive for approximately 20km from Lydenburg, then turn right to Pilgrim’s Rest and continue onto Graskop. When entering Graskop turn left at the second stop street and turn right at the next one into Louis Trichardt, go over the next stop street and you will find us on the right hand side. The Panorama Information Office is on our premises and we are next to "Harries Pancakes".
