Terms and Conditions
Booking Terms
All bookings must be made by email or fax. Please bring you confirmation with you.
A deposit of 50% is required with in 3 days to secure your reservation.
Deposits are only refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 35 days prior to date of arrival.
Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to date of arrival must be paid in full within 3 working days.
Bookings made less than 1 week prior to date of arrival must be paid in full immediately.
No guest will be allowed to check into the Lodge unless the accommodation and services are paid for in full before arrival.
Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of 3 days, after which, if no confirmation and deposit are received, the provisional reservation will be released.
Balance of accommodation account is payable in full, on or before 4 weeks prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 35 days or more prior to date of arrival = 0% cancellation fee.
Cancellation 34 to 21 days prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellation 20 to 08 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation 07 to 00 days prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee.
No refund will be given in the event of premature departure.

From Pretoria
Take the N4 to Witbank continue on the highway 90kms and get off at the Belfast offramp turn left and go through Belfast, this is the turning to the right at the Belfast hotel at the next corner turn left and continue until you pass the pancake bar at eh next road turn right and continue through to Dullstroom taking the R36 go straight through this town and head for Lydenburg 112kms (watch out for the potholes in the road from here to next village) You will come to a t-junction take the left turning into Lydenburg turn left at the second traffic light this road takes bend to the right continue on this road to Orighstad. After Orighstad you will pass the turning to Grasskop and go over the Abel Erasmus Pass and through the JG Strydom Tunnel, we are 8kms after this on the righthand side. Please call as you come through the tunnel so we can greet you at our gate.
From Eastgate Airport, Hoedspruit
From the airport gate turn right and continue to the t-junction. At this junction turn right continue for approximately 7kms you will come to a 4-way stop in Hoedspruit, at this stop turn left, continue through Hoedspruit and keep on this road for approximately 36kms you will then pass a road on your right, with a service station on the corner, to Tzaneen, go past this and continue for +/- 3kms. Please call as you pass the garage so that may greet you at our gate. The lodge gates are on your left opposite a fruit stall. Should you have trouble calling please ask guard to inform us of your arrival.
From The R40 and Timbavati, Thornybush and Southern Reserves
Head straight on the Argyle road on the way out of the Timbavati until you get to a t-junction turn right onto the R40. Turn left in to Hoedspruit (R527) towards the beautiful escarpment and mountains in front of you. Carry on this road for approx 38 kilometers and we are on the right, Black entrance wall and large tree. John our gate guard will sign you in and direct you to youR respective accommodation.
