We would require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm any reservations.

Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater. Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.

You will be travelling on the N2 either from Durban (South Side) or Pongola, Mkuze & Hluhluwe (North Side). Turn off the highway at Mtubatuba which is still 27km from St Lucia. Take the R618 from Mtubatuba to St Lucia. On arriving in St Lucia, you would cross the bridge over the St Lucia Estuary and you will reach a three-way yield sign. Turn right and continue for 300 meters, on your left you will see Shonalanga Lodge. You have reached your destination.
