Terms and Conditions

A minimum 2 night stay is required. Should we agree to a minimum stay of one night during weeknights only, we require a 40% surcharge over the daily rate per person.
A minimum 3 night or longer stay is required over long weekends and certain holidays.
A minimum 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of the provisional booking to secure the booking with proof thereof. Final settlement to be paid 3 days prior to arrival by EFT or in cash on arrival. No cheques or credit cards accepted on site.

Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show - guest forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - guest forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)

No refunds for premature departures.

Liability for damages within and without the cottages is the responsibility of the individual or company responsible for the account payment.

Methods of Payment Accepted

From Johannesburg, travel west to N14 Krugersdorp highway. From Pretoria, take the N14 from Krugersdorp.
At the traffic lights on Krugersdorp N14, travel towards Ventersdorp on N14. Travel for 10.5km to a T-junction
Turn right into R563 Hekpoort.

Travel 11km, turn left at the R24 Magaliesberg / Maropeng sign. Drive 11km to a stop sign. Turn right onto the R24 to Rustenburg. Drive for 2km until you cross Magalies River. As the R24 bends sharply to the left, there is a brown Stone Hill sign - turn right (also an MBH Adventure sign). Follow the signs on the concrete strip road to Stone Hill - 2km off R24.
