Cancellation Policy

15% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.
50% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
The above cancellation penalties will also apply should there be a reduction in chalets/rooms/delegates/guest numbers.
R150.00 administration fee will be levied on all bookings cancelled.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Location   Portion 12 of Bakkelysdrift, Farm No. 267, Swellendam, Western Cape

10km outside Swellendam on the N2 to George there is a BP Garage on the right hand side (if traveling from Swellendam). Turn right at the BP Garage onto a tar road - this will become a gravel road. Travel for 7.5km (2.4km once the gravel begins). On the left you will see 2 houses, one with a red roof. The small Stonehill board is attached to a pole between the 2 houses and this is where you turn left.

Go up the hill, pass through the first gate (will be open) travel for 3km until you reach the second gate that will be closed. There is a big wooden "Stonehill" sign on your left. Please slide open and close immediately as there are wild animals that need to stay behind the gate. Turn immediately right and follow the "Stonehill" signs down to the thatch cottage on the river. (The thatched house on the hill is not part of the lodge; follow the road down to the river). You are now at reception.

Hi good day Debbie and team thank you very much for excellent service render to us this was the nices holiday we had being to lots of resorts but this one takes the cake. Staff very helpfull friendly and do go that extra mile for us when we needed help. Accommodation was perfect not just house put surroundings been kept so clean. Hope next time 2012 the pool will be build but don't worry even with just the jacucci things were find. Wish you all prosperous new year and may all your dreams come true.
